COVID-19 Response at Vermont Mutual

In light of the current COVID-19 outbreak, the vast majority of our staff will be working remotely from their homes for the foreseeable future. We are fortunate to have planned for this type of situation as part of our broader Enterprise Risk Management Strategy and expect this planning will allow us to continue to meet our service obligations to our agents and customers, but ask for your patience as we put that plan into action. All contact numbers and email addresses on our website remain staffed and our team is available to help. If you haven’t already done so, we encourage our customers to register to use our myVM customer self-service portal, where you can easily access billing, policy and claims information. You can also make payments on our public website and our myVM portal. Until the COVID-19 outbreak stabilizes, we will not accept in-person payments in our offices.
