We are seeking a customer-service oriented individual to operate the company switchboard and route incoming calls to the appropriate parties, as well as additional policy services tasks and front desk receptionist duties. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, has good data entry and communication skills, a pleasant phone voice and the ability to effectively deal with diverse callers.
