Senior Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a team-oriented individual to join our team of dedicated personnel that will be instrumental in delivering outstanding support and assistance to our internal and external customers. The Senior Customer Experience Representative will provide guidance, training and support to ensure the delivery of outstanding service is provided to our internal and external customers. This role involves managing complex inquiries, resolving escalated issues, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize processes and procedures. The ideal candidate has five or more years of experience in accounting, underwriting or insurance related customer service roles and has strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset and is capable of identifying trends and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiencies.
