We are seeking an energetic professional to join a department that has produced record sales for the past six years. In this role you will be responsible for the profitable growth of our business in Massachusetts while serving as a principal company liaison with our Independent Agency Partners. The ideal candidate has broad and in-depth experience within the P&C Insurance industry, good knowledge of the assigned territory, the ability to work independently, identify problems and implement changes that generate desired outcomes, strong planning, and interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
