MONTPELIER, Vermont (December 17, 2015)—Vermont Mutual Insurance Group® recently introduced a newly updated, mobile-ready, company website: vermontmutual.com. The new website offers an intuitive interface, richer content and a responsive layout designed to be viewable on any device.
Produced entirely in-house, the new vermontmutual.com includes a wealth of new information allowing visitors a greater understanding of the many offerings available to customers of Vermont Mutual.
“Vermont Mutual has always prided itself on it’s illustrious past, but today we look to the future with a new, mobile-ready, website,” said Daniel C. Bridge, President and CEO of Vermont Mutual. “Naturally, the new website highlights the many comprehensive insurance solutions Vermont Mutual has to offer for both personal and commercial interests but we’ve also added many new features, from “Vermont Mutual News” to a new “History” section that follows Vermont Mutual’s early beginnings to the present day.”
Visitors to vermontmutual.com will also find a new “About” menu that offers useful tips as well as a more in-depth look at the company itself. Included under this menu is a new “Volunteerism” section that focuses on the many ways Vermont Mutual gives back to its local communities.
“Vermont Mutual takes great pride in offering insurance only through Independent Insurance Agents. Our new website not only advocates this relationship but now offers an interactive map feature that makes finding a local Independent Insurance Agent easier than ever before,” said Vermont Mutual’s Senior Vice President Mark McDonnell.
The new website is one facet of a new set of online initiatives, including an upcoming Customer Portal, being implemented by Vermont Mutual to better serve its customers.
